To register and reserve a spot with Classic Driving School a parent or legal gaurdian must come by our office with the documents below and payment.

CONTRACT INSTRUCTIONS: Please fill out all areas highligted in yellow with the student's information.  The parent or legal guardian will initial the designated spots and sign at the bottom.
